Layla brings a dynamic, client-first approach to clinical exercise therapy, built on the belief that recovery and performance are never two separate destinations. With an academic foundation in Fitness & Health Promotion from Humber College and years of hands-on experience, she has carved out a distinct practice at the intersection of rehabilitation and real-world movement, helping people not just heal, but come back stronger than before.

Her specialty is corrective exercise and injury-aware training, with a deep focus on shoulder, hip, knee, and postural conditions. What makes her approach truly effective is the care she takes before any program begins. She takes time to understand each person’s history, lifestyle, and goals, then builds something that actually fits their life. Through a thoughtful blend of resistance training, mobility work, and sustainable habit coaching, she designs sessions that deliver results long after they’re over.

Layla holds certifications in Group Exercise, Resistance Training, and Personal Training, and is CPR and First Aid certified. This foundation of knowledge allows her to work confidently and safely with a wide range of clients and conditions.
