Tianna’s love for movement started when she was a kid, always fascinated by biomechanics and how the human body works. She’s certified in Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, and Athlete Psychology, and takes a well-rounded approach to rehab—focusing not just on the physical side but also on the mindset for long-term success.
